1975
- Established in 1975 as a modest hardware store, our company remains steadfast in upholding the founding principles of honesty, diligence, and commitment set forth by our founder, İdris Korkmaz.
1996
- By opening our first store, we aimed to become the sector leader in our region.
2001
- In 2001, we launched GK investment operations and realized our first investment project.
2005
- In 2005, we completed the incorporation process and established KMZ KORKMAZ İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ under the partnership of İdris KORKMAZ and Gökhan KORKMAZ.
2007
- In 2007, we built and opened our showroom plaza, where we sell products from the brands we represent.
2012
- In 2012, we completed investments in racking and management systems for high-standard warehouse areas within our company.
2016
- In 2016, we completed our corporate identity work and began using our CRM operating system software.
2017
- In 2017, we completed our corporate structuring and became a joint stock company.
2019
- In 2019, we modernized the showroom areas at our company headquarters, thereby increasing our product variety.
2021
- In 2021, we launched our tourism operations under our Manor Deluxe brand.
2023
- In 2023, we completed the investment in our Geyikli Köşk tourism facility in Kartepe and opened it to offer accommodation services.
2024
- In 2024, we completed the setup process for our online store, banyonuyenile.com, and made our e-commerce investment.
2025
- In 2025, we launched sales operations by adding the Turkish dealerships of world-renowned Italian and Spanish ceramic brands to our portfolio.
